What we provide

The Modern Man Edit provides personal transformation consulting for men: private strategy sessions, image and lifestyle reviews, personalized plans (including the Clarity Blueprint), and coaching programs. Offerings, inclusions, and prices are described on the booking page at the time of purchase.

What this is not

This is consulting, not care. The Modern Man Edit is not therapy, counseling, medical care, psychological treatment, financial advice, or legal advice, and no communication from us should be treated as such. If you are dealing with a mental health condition or crisis, please work with a licensed professional. Our work does not replace that, and it is not designed to.

By purchasing, you confirm you understand this distinction and that you are choosing a practical consulting service focused on identity, image, habits, confidence, and lifestyle.

Eligibility and account of truth

You must be at least 18 to use our services. You agree that the information you give us in applications and assessments is accurate; personalized recommendations are only as good as what you share.

Bookings, rescheduling, and no-shows

Sessions are booked through our scheduling system. You may reschedule at no cost with at least 24 hours notice. If you miss a session without notice, we may treat it as delivered after one courtesy rescheduling. Sessions start on time; arriving late shortens your session, not the price.

Results

We promise a serious process and a clear plan. We do not and cannot promise specific life outcomes: your results depend on your effort, consistency, and circumstances. Any examples or testimonials describe individual experiences, not guarantees.

Payments and refunds

Prices, payment options, installment plans, credits, and the Clarity Session guarantee are governed by our Refund and Payment Policy, which is part of these terms.

Your materials and ours

Everything we create for you, including your Clarity Blueprint, is yours to use for your personal development. It is not licensed for resale, republication, or commercial redistribution. The Modern Man Edit name, content, photography, and site design belong to us; the photos and information you send us remain yours, and you grant us permission to use them solely to deliver your service.

Respectful conduct

Sessions are direct and honest in both directions. We reserve the right to end the engagement of any client who is abusive to the people delivering the service; in that case, unused paid sessions are refunded and no further obligations remain on either side.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of [State, e.g. New Jersey], United States.
