Information we collect

When you use themodernmanedit.com, we collect information you choose to give us:

Application and assessment details: your name, email, phone number, social profiles, and your answers about lifestyle, habits, confidence, image, goals, and the areas you want to improve.
Photos and media: images you submit for the Image Audit or as part of a session assessment.
Booking details: appointment times and related information processed through our scheduling provider.
Payment details: processed entirely by Stripe (and, where offered, Klarna or Affirm). We never see or store your card number.
Basic technical data: such as browser type and pages visited, if analytics are enabled on this site.

How we use it

We use your information to run your sessions and nothing more exotic than that: reviewing your application, preparing a personalized session, delivering your Clarity Blueprint, processing payments, scheduling calls, and sending you service updates. If you opt in, we may send occasional emails about new services. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your photos or assessment answers with anyone outside the people who deliver this service.

Confidentiality of your session

What you share in an application, assessment, or private session stays private. Your photos, answers, and session notes are used only to deliver your consultation and are never used in marketing without your separate written permission (for example, a testimonial you approve).

Service providers we rely on

We use a small set of processors to run this site: Stripe for payments, our scheduling provider for bookings, our form and email providers for applications and messages, and our website host. Each receives only what it needs to do its job and is bound by its own privacy obligations.

How long we keep information

We keep application and session records while you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward so we can serve you if you return. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your rights below). Payment records are retained as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can email hello@themodernmanedit.com at any time to ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We honor these requests for everyone, not just where the law requires it.

California residents: you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined. We will never treat you differently for exercising your rights.

Visitors outside the US: We process your information on the lawful bases of contract and legitimate interest, and you may exercise access, correction, deletion, and portability rights by emailing us.

Age requirement

Our services are for adults. This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Security

Payments are handled on PCI-compliant Stripe systems. The site runs over HTTPS. Access to your application details and photos is limited to the people who deliver your service. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we treat your information the way we would want ours treated.

Changes and contact
