Pricing and payment methods

All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Where available at checkout you may also pay by Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, or Affirm. If you pay through Klarna or Affirm, your repayment schedule is an agreement between you and that provider under their terms, and we receive the full price up front.

Installment plans

Some programs offer a monthly installment option (for example, three or six monthly payments). Installments are charged automatically each month to your payment method and stop by themselves after the final payment. The installment option is a payment convenience for the full program price: by starting a plan you are committing to the full number of payments shown at checkout.

If an installment payment fails, our payment system retries it automatically and emails you. Program delivery may be paused until the payment succeeds. A plan more than 14 days behind may be treated as a cancellation, with access ending and prior payments retained for the portion of the program already delivered.

The Clarity Session guarantee

Leave with a plan you can act on, or it is free. Here is exactly what that means: complete the pre-session assessment, attend your full Clarity Session, and if you do not receive a clear, personalized plan (your Clarity Blueprint within 48 hours of the session), you can request a full refund of the $197 within 7 days of your session date.

To claim it, email us within that window and tell us what was missing. The guarantee covers the quality of the deliverable; it does not cover missed sessions, no-shows, or a change of mind after receiving the Blueprint.

Credits

Image Audit ($47): credited in full toward a Clarity Session booked within 30 days of receiving your audit.
Clarity Session ($197): credited in full toward The Modern Man Reset or The Evolution Program when you enroll within 7 days of your session.
Credits apply once, are not transferable, and have no cash value.

Program refunds

Before your program starts: full refund if you cancel within 3 days of purchase and before your first program session.
After sessions begin: fees for delivered sessions and deliverables are earned and not refundable. If you cancel mid-program, remaining undelivered full sessions are refunded on a pro-rata basis, and any active installment plan is settled against what was delivered.
The Image Audit is a personalized written deliverable and is not refundable once delivered.

Rescheduling and no-shows

Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours notice through your booking link. A missed session without notice receives one courtesy rebooking; a second no-show forfeits that session. This protects the private, one-at-a-time format every client gets.

Refund requests and disputes

Email hello@themodernmanedit.com with your name and purchase date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Please contact us before opening a card dispute; we resolve almost everything faster than a chargeback does.
